Mika Wenkert is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law. Mika will use her legal expertise to research pressing issues of national security and the rule of law.

Mika Wenkert is a postdoctoral research fellow with Penn's Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law (CERL). Mika is a lawyer who received her Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School after receiving her Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Mika previously worked as a legal counselor in the Ministry of Justice of Israel, where she provided legal counseling to governmental agencies on a range of issues, including human rights and regulatory matters. As a postdoctoral researcher at Penn, Mika will use her legal expertise and education to research pressing issues of national security and the rule of law.
