Beginning today, Amy Jordan, Ph.D., Adjunct Full Professor of Communication, has assumed the additional responsibility of Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies at the Annenberg School for Communication. Jordan succeeds Carolyn Marvin, Ph.D., the Francis Yates Professor of Communication, who served in the role for three years and has been an invaluable asset to the undergraduate program.

Jordan recently concluded a year-long tenure as president of the International Communication Association, and she received the 2016 Senior Scholar Award from ICA's Children, Adolescents, and Media division. She teaches three very popular courses at Annenberg: COMM 125: Introduction to Communication Behavior; COMM 225: Children and Media; and COMM 341: Children's Media and Urban Policy.
